Letting service and tenant representation

DN Erhverv A/S has two independent sister companies; MatchOffice and Lokalebasen, who provide letting service and tenant representation.

The two sister companies operate independently, but are located in the same offices as DN-Erhverv. In this way we benefit from each other’s knowledge and network, while we continue to keep focus on what we do best individually.

MatchOffice is a very well-established company in the serviced office business. The company operates all over Europe and propagates around 250 leases in Denmark and 600 leases in Europe every year. MatchOffice represent more than 850 serviced offices in 13 countries. Furthermore, MatchOffice offers counselling on investment and establishment of serviced offices, including gathering and analysing relevant data.

Lokalebasen is DN Erhvervs most recent sister company. It provides letting service of all kinds of office leases in Denmark and represents both small and large companies. Lokalebasen also gathers data and analyses the tenants’ demands and offers counselling to the landlords regarding portfolio optimisation.
